Information Officer
Every responsible party in South Africa must designate an Information Officer under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2 of 2000 (PAIA). This page records ours and explains what they do and how to reach them.

1. The responsible party
Streamline is a task, workflow and document system from Interactive Systems Designs (Pty) Ltd (trading as ISD), registration number 2000/012374/07, of Somerset House, Block C, 11 York Street, Kensington B, Johannesburg, 2194.
2. Appointed Information Officer
The appointed Information Officer for Interactive Systems Designs (Pty) Ltd is Stefan Schoeman, registered with the Information Regulator (South Africa) under registration number 2024-035946, appointed with effect from 6 July 2023. No deputy information officers have been appointed; the Information Officer carries the responsibilities below directly.

3. What the Information Officer is responsible for
Under POPIA and PAIA, the Information Officer is responsible for:
- Encouraging compliance with the conditions for lawful processing of personal information in POPIA.
- Dealing with requests made to us under POPIA — for example access, correction or deletion of your personal information.
- Working with the Information Regulator on any investigation into how we handle personal information.
- Receiving and deciding requests for access to records under PAIA, in line with our PAIA manual.
- Making sure a compliance framework is developed, implemented, monitored and maintained.
- Ensuring a personal-information impact assessment is done where required.
- Ensuring this PAIA manual and our privacy notice are developed, monitored, maintained and made available.
- Ensuring internal awareness and training on POPIA, the Regulations, codes of conduct and Information Regulator rulings.
4. Registration with the Information Regulator
Information Officers must be registered with the Information Regulator before taking up their duties. Our registration is complete: Interactive Systems Designs (Pty) Ltd is registered with the Information Regulator (South Africa) as a private organisation under registration number 2024-035946 (organisation reference M2000012374), with Stefan Schoeman as its registered Information Officer since 6 July 2023.
Our PAIA annual reports for the 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 financial years have all been submitted to the Regulator and accepted.
5. Complaints to the Information Regulator
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, please contact the Information Officer first so we can put it right. You also have the right to lodge a complaint directly with the Information Regulator (South Africa):
