Streamline, the task, workflow and document system from ISD, today launched its online client portal and public platform at strmline.co.za, giving professional firms a single place to run work from first request to final outcome.

Built on Task Centred Management, Streamline makes the task the carrier of accountability, work allocation, time tracking, communication, documentation, progress monitoring and corrective action — summed up in its promise: "The right thing. The right person. The right time. Every time."

Clients can now request a quote, onboard, book tasks, track outcomes, review and approve quotes, and receive invoices through a secure portal, while firms keep real-time control of every job in one system.

Streamline is offered on a monthly rental model at R290 per user per month, with hosting at R75 per user per month, a three-month initial period and thirty days' notice thereafter.
