Legal disclosures

Who operates this website, how to reach us, and the information required when you transact with us electronically under South African law.

Last reviewed 20 September 2026. This notice describes how this website and the Streamline client portal work today.

1. Website operator

REQUIRES CLIENT CONFIRMATION: The registered company name, company registration number, VAT registration number, registered physical and postal address, the names of the directors or members and the appointed Information Officer must all be supplied before this page is complete. Section 43 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 25 of 2002 requires these details from any supplier offering goods or services through a website.

2. What we offer and what it costs

We supply the Streamline software as a monthly service. The published rates are R290 per user per month for rental and R75 per user per month for hosting, with a three-month initial period, month to month thereafter and thirty days' notice to cancel. Full terms are on our pricing page and in our terms of service.

REQUIRES CLIENT CONFIRMATION: Whether the published rates include or exclude VAT, and the accepted payment methods, must be confirmed.

3. Transacting electronically

  • Approving a quote through the portal or a secure emailed link is an electronic signature, and it is binding.
  • We record the date, time and account that approved a quote, and store that record with the quote.
  • You receive a copy of every quote as a PDF, and an emailed confirmation of what you approved.
  • Before you approve, you can review the full quote and request changes instead.
  • Correct an error before approving by requesting changes rather than approving, or by contacting us.

4. Consumer protection

Where the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 applies to you, nothing on this site limits the rights it gives you. The Act's seven-day cooling-off right for electronic transactions applies to the transactions the law covers; business-to-business software agreements above the Act's thresholds are generally excluded.

REQUIRES CLIENT CONFIRMATION: Whether a cooling-off or refund term is offered, and on what conditions, must be confirmed.

5. Intellectual property

The Streamline software, the Streamline name and logo, and the text, diagrams and images on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission, other than normal viewing and sharing of a page link.

6. Accuracy of information on this site

We publish only what we can support. Pricing and contract terms shown here are the confirmed terms. Where a page has no client-approved result to show yet, it says so rather than implying one. Quotes and results always depend on your own information and your own operations.

7. Complaints and disputes

Raise any complaint with us first at streamline@isd.strl.co.za or 011 886 0355. We will acknowledge it and tell you who is handling it.

Privacy complaints may also be taken to the Information Regulator (South Africa). Consumer complaints may be taken to the National Consumer Commission where the Consumer Protection Act applies.
